General Conditions of Sale

These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GCS”) govern all sales made via the site www.homme-de-luxe.com , operated by the company Homme de Luxe.

1. Scope of application
The General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on the website, to the exclusion of all other conditions. Any order implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.

The products offered for sale are those described on the website. Homme de Luxe takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of its products. However, slight differences may exist (non-contractual photographs).

Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges. Homme de Luxe reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

All orders are confirmed by a summary email sent to the customer. Homme de Luxe reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute with the customer or non-payment.

6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the delivery address indicated at the time of ordering. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. Homme de Luxe cannot be held responsible for any delays attributable to the carrier.

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original condition. Return costs are the customer's responsibility.
